Absolutely. Reminder for old school players and info for new players to me, you'll get full story freebies for your character until she/he spends any xp on said character, after that, I reduce the amount I would normally give. Example; You could have a character around for 4 months and not spend any xp on it until you finish your back story and turn it in and get full points for it after I read it. Then you'd spend xp after freebies are spent.
